Long time no speak

I hope you're all well and have had a fab 2023. You may have noticed that I have been quiet on the scat front. Due to various medical reasons, I decided to take a break and slow down. Full Toilet Sessions would put a strain on my body that I just didn't need at that particular time. However, with the new year on the horizon, that means changes.
